Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

HuntAI (“HuntAI,” “we,” or “us”) operates huntai.tools (the “Service”). By visiting, registering, submitting a product, or purchasing promotion, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Service and AI Feature Scope

HuntAI is an AI tools directory providing public product information, editorial review, rankings, and optional promotion. References to Animate Photo or any other third-party product, screenshot, or feature describe that third party and do not mean HuntAI provides the feature.

HuntAI does not accept generation prompts, return AI-generated results, or provide a gallery/storage service for user AI outputs; product screenshots are reviewed only as directory material. HuntAI does not use Flux, Seedream, Nano Banana/Gemini, GPT Image, Veo, Kling, or another generative model to deliver the paid promotion covered by these Terms. Model disclosure and pre/post-generation moderation therefore do not apply to the current Service.

3. Accounts and Submissions

Account information must be accurate. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and account activity. By submitting a product, screenshot, link, or correction, you confirm that you may provide it, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Report unauthorized use promptly to [email protected].

4. Pricing and Payment

Current public prices are below. Each is a one-time service with no automatic renewal:

• Free — USD 0: standard review queue, with optional verification of a HuntAI badge/backlink on the submitted site.
• Basic — USD 19.90: priority review within 3 business days and a requested promotion date; refunded if editorially rejected.
• Pro — USD 39.90: Basic benefits plus 7 days of Sponsored placement on the homepage and relevant category pages, with an impressions/clicks report.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake. Applicable taxes are shown before checkout; full card details never enter or remain on HuntAI servers.

5. Fulfillment, Scheduling, and Cancellation

Basic and Pro enter manual fulfillment after payment confirmation. A requested promotion date is not guaranteed; if unavailable, we will arrange an alternative through the account email. Cancellation may be requested before work begins under Section 6; a change of mind after work begins is not cancellable.

6. Refund Policy

The Free tier has no payment, so no refund applies. Basic and Pro are refundable in these cases:

• Editorial rejection before paid promotion is delivered: full refund.
• Duplicate or confirmed erroneous charge: full refund.
• Request within 7 calendar days of payment before priority review, scheduling, or placement begins: full refund.
• HuntAI cannot deliver a purchased benefit: refund of the undelivered portion, or rescheduling with your consent.
• Any refund otherwise required by applicable law.

Email [email protected] from the purchasing account with the transaction ID and reason. We will acknowledge within 2 business days; eligible refunds are normally returned by Waffo Pancake to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Delivered priority review, Sponsored placement, or reports are not refundable for a change of mind, without limiting the cases above or statutory rights.

7. Editorial Independence and Sponsored Labels

Payment purchases priority handling and clearly labeled promotion, not approval, permanent listing, organic ranking, or traffic results. Editorial decisions and organic rankings remain independent. Paid placements are labeled Sponsored and separated from organic results.

8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

These rules apply to submissions, screenshots, links, promotional material, and other user-provided content. Although HuntAI does not generate content, you may not submit, promote, or link to:

• Pornographic or NSFW content.
• Violent or graphic/gory content.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to harm.
• Child-unsafe content or child sexual abuse material (CSAM), for which we have zero tolerance.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive identity content.
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks, publicity/privacy rights, or other intellectual property.
• Illegal activity, fraud, malware, phishing, spam, security circumvention, or other high-risk uses.

9. Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

Submissions undergo format, URL, and security checks and may receive human editorial review. Report prohibited material to [email protected] with the page URL, reason, and evidence. We will review the report and may reject or remove content, cancel promotion, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report to authorities where required. Appeals may be sent to the same address.

10. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Material

HuntAI’s original interface and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product names, trademarks, screenshots, and external links remain with their respective owners. Directory information supports discovery and comparison and is not a third-party endorsement; third-party prices, features, and data can change and should be verified on official sites.

11. Privacy and Payment Security

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Waffo Pancake exclusively handles payment-card data; HuntAI does not store full card numbers.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account and remove related content for a material breach, suspected fraud, harm to users or the Service, or legal requirements. Paid services we cannot deliver for reasons unrelated to your breach are handled under Section 6.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee complete directory information, perfect third-party data, uninterrupted availability, or any particular approval, ranking, impression, click, or business result from promotion.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HuntAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes and Disputes

We may update these Terms by changing the version and effective date on this page; material changes will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable. Disputes should first be raised for good-faith negotiation at [email protected] and are governed by the laws applicable to the HuntAI operator and the relevant transaction.
